Lost Season 6 Hype Begins

Highlights from Jeff Jensen's "The Last Season of 'Lost': 'Anything goes'":

Cuse and Lindelof have been giving interviews to press over in England while they attend a salute to Lost at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.

Will we be seeing departed characters like Boone, Shannon and Charlie make return appearances next year?--Lindelof teased that they do hope to give many fan favorites some sort of "curtain call."

There will be 18 hours next season instead of the planned 17. The extra 60 minutes will be used to mount a two-hour season premiere.

ABC and the producers are asking fans to write and record their own "mock theme song" for Lost.

"Totally Lost" hosts Jeff Jensen and Dan Snierson will be hosting their own panel at Comic-Con! -----

GSPN Lost Podcast Back From Hiatus

The GSPN.tv Weekly Lost Podcast is now on a regular schedule again! Cliff and Stephanie Ravenscraft are doing a series of Lost Flashbacks podcasts which will feature audio clips of their show's discussions from as far back as 2005. They will be reviewing what we knew in the past compared to what we have learned up to the end of season 5. You can listen to episode 1 of the Lost Flashbacks series here.

If you are not a GPSN.tv plus member, you will only be able to listen to their podcasts about once a month. But you can join their plus membership for $10 a month and get at least one podcast a week (during the season, at least 2 a week) plus access to all their other podcasts. Join here. -----

Lost Panel at San Diego Comic Con 2009

It is now known that Lost will be presented on Saturday, July 25 at Hall H, starting 11 A.M. until noon. Considering that the upcoming season will be the last for the series, the line for the panel is expected to be one of the longest.

The San Diego Comic Con has traditionally been the season kick-off point for Lost. The panel is usually recorded and you can listen to it on many Lost podcasts or watch the panel discussion on the Official Lost Video Podcast.

The Lost panel will feature Damon Lindelhof and Carlton Cuse answering fan questions and talking about the upcoming final season. In the past, they have brought in actors such as Matthew Fox (Jack) and Harold Perrineau (Michael) to answer fan questions as well.

San Diego Comic Con is also the launching pad for the summertime Lost ARG (alternate reality game). After the failure of last year's "Dharma Wants You" (whose site is now down, btw), I wonder if there will be a ARG for the final season? -----
