Dharma Wants You has just released the third test! This one is called the Dexterity and Attentiveness Evaluation.

In this test, you must move the Dharma logo to avoid collision with the black spheres. The longer you stay alive, the faster the spheres move.
The Rationale contains a lot of big words (I was thinking good for anagrams). It says, "Superior concentration and dexterity under increasingly transient conditions presents augmented opportunities for data collection and consolidation".
Anyways, it appears that you can take this test multiple times if you want to.
The groups that you can be placed in for this test are Tityos, Otus, Antaeus, or Enceladus. These four groups are all giants from greek myth.
Now for the Cheat...
A possible cheat can be found by examining the unusual wording in the third test objective. The etymology of the word "adroitness" is from the French phrase "a droit" meaning "to the right".
First, left click on the dharma logo to get the timer going.
Then, quickly right click on the dharma logo and then position your mouse cursor directly over one of the the light blue rectangles on either side of the game rectangle. Make sure your cursor is not over the background image OR the dark blue around the play area. When your cursor is in the middle, right click again. The Dharma logo will transport and hover there, safely away from the black spheres.
Then, just wait til the time counts and the game ends at 100.
You can also type the term "lento" and then hit enter to make the balls slow down. But there's really no point if you can get the previous cheat to work.
Also, upon logging in, there is a video announcement, subject: progress report, received on 9/2/08 that is located in the center of the dharma logo. There is an additional cheat revealed in the video, though it seems like the right click cheat works better.
There are numerous instances where the video can be paused and the Swan icon can be seen clearly. The numbers 40, 60 and the letters B, P and M can also be seen at different times when the video is paused.
See the video here:
The video is a message from Hans Van Eeghen, the person who has been sending out the emails and whatnot. His message is:
"Namaste. My name is Hans Van Eeghan. Many of you will already know me. I am the Dharma Initiative's head of recruiting as well as the architect of the aptitude tests you have been undertaking in the last few weeks. Although we are not yet half way through the planned program, I am happy to report that the progress in the general colhort is, in my studied opinion, extremely encouraging. Indeed some of the results from the first two assessments have been nothing less then stunning. It is reassuring that recruits have managed to deliver such excellent results despite numerous attempts by the so called Black Swan to undermine the testing program. You are to be commended for your discipline. Keep up the good work and avoid contact with any insights distributed by this individual. I have reported your progress to my superiors and they are suitably encouraged. I look forward to your future efforts. Namaste."
The following is from Lostpedia:
With the mystery video also came some glitchy hacks, which spelled out B P M 40 60". Stick it together and you get BPM 40-60, which apparently in music corresponds to the word "lento". There do seem to be other possible cheats, like right-clicking to pause the game, but this must be the proper method for passing Test 3.
Test 3 is called a Dexterity and Attentiveness Evaluation. Basically, you're controlling a Dharma logo and have to dodge little biddy asteroids for 100 seconds. The speed increases though, so its pretty tough to last for a full marks 100. However, typing in "lento" seems to make the asteroids speed drop dramatically, giving you time to move around safely. The cheat only lasts for a few seconds though, but you can repeat it. So you just need to find a safe corner, type lento and then repeat until you survive the game without a collision.

1 theories about this:
The blue rectangle cheat doesn't work for me. If I try to place the logo there, I get a collision. I think maybe that was a bug in the programming that they've since fixed. However, you can use the right-click approach to transport the logo to safe areas, and then use the lento keyword to slow down the spheres.
